with Todd Scott
Friday, September 25th, 2020
During this hour-long webinar you will gain an understanding how to protect your client’s information while storing electronic copies of documents and keeping the information safe in case of disaster. Lawyers who store client documents digitally have an enhanced duty to protect the confidential nature of the information and prevent unauthorized access to confidential client information. If you practice law in a near-paperless office set-up or simply want to scan documents as a top-level backup system for your files, it is important to establish safe policies for securing and storing the data.
