This free informational webinar will explain recent statutory changes relating to the practice of criminal defense is open to non NCDAA members. Topics include Deferred Judgment Probation, (a new sentencing option); changes to statutory Discovery; and other recent statutory changes that have taken effect. 

An NCDAA membership supports our legislative efforts that includes proposing and amending Bills, such as this deferred judgment sentencing option, and opposing and testifying against detrimental legislation.
