This hour-long webinar will give an overview of Brady v. Maryland and its interpretation by Nebraska and the Federal Courts. Specific cases and motions will be discussed in an effort to aid practitioners in understanding how to obtain exculpatory material for clients and the potential ways it can be used to assist clients at various stages of representation.
Having served as Deputy County Attorney Tim has unique experience valuable to criminal defense attorneys.
BIO: Tim Noerrling graduated from Nebraska Wesleyan University in 2002 with a B.A. in History and from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2005. He served as the Deputy Jefferson County Attorney from September of 2005 to September of 2007, and as the Deputy Otoe County Attorney in September of 2007 until May of 2013. Since then he has been doing defense work at Naylor and Rappl. He prosecuted a number of murder and other serious cases as a Deputy County Attorney. His primary practice is handling defense cases and other ancillary matters revolving around administrative consequences of criminal violations and pardons.
